A fixed wire inspection or Electrical Condition Report (ECR)is an in depth inspection of your wiring system. Each circuit is visually inspected for any sign of over loading and danger to life. Each circuit is then subject to tests to ensure that is compliant with the current British standards (BS7671: 2008). At the end of the inspection you are presented with a full electronic or bounded report which has a list (if any are found) of observations and recommendations that are required in order for the installation to comply with the current regulations. Sometimes this list can be quite technical so where required we will provide you the report in a "plain English" format should you require.
